Would this stay the same for West palm beach as well? Thanks! I was quoted $255/month with $0 down. The purchase price of vehicle was listed at $22,400 on their website, so numbers appear to make sense . I am waiting to get it in writing to see how itemized quote looks.
Please see attached from dealer on 2018 Honda Civic EX-T lease. While he came down - another dealer came down to $250 out the door and $250 payment. That said - I haven't gotten a breakdown from that dealer yet. If anyone can help me decipher this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Yes, the numbers are national..
That sounds great, but you have to find out what they mean by "$0 down".

I agree with those numbers.. Where does the $300 CAP reduction come from? What is the amount due at signing? What is the itemization of the $1023 in additional CAP items?
Agree! Itemization for both is a doc fee (one is $299 the other is $303) and a $595 acquisition fee. One has the wheel locks at $129 as well: 595+299+129 = 1023 595+303=898
Also - amount due at signing on first one is $310 (first payment plus tax on $300 honda flex cash incentive, all remaining payments $282). Amount due on second one is first payment only $250.01 all remaining payments are the same $250.01.
Hello, I just found this nice forum. I'm looking to lease either a Honda Civic EX-T CVT or Honda Civic Hachback EX CVT. I'm looking for more information on how to get the best pricing on a lease. I live in souther california if that helps. What do I do with the Residual and the Money factor? Someone told me the most important thing to negotiate is the MSRP on a lease. Anyway any guidance would be highly appreciated.

Leasing is a lot like buying. You don't negotiate the MSRP. The MSRP is the MSRP. You negotiate the selling price. All else being equal, the lower the selling price, the lower the lease payment.
You use the residual and money factor to calculate the lease payment, along with the selling price.

Find out how much for "tag". Florida dealers are famous for outrageous fees.
If it's $500 or less due at signing, total, then it's a great deal. Doesn't that have an MSRP around $24,900?
I'm located in Southern California and received this quote from a dealer in Orange County. Doesn't seem like a very good deal to me considering the lease cash and cap cost.
2018 Civic LX 2.0
Sale Price: $20,530.00 Discounted Price: $17,937.00
36 Month Lease; 12,000 Miles Per year: Residual of $11,702.00
$677 out of pocket, $272.84 Including tax $2,000 out of pocket, $232.09 Including tax $3,000 out of pocket , $201.28 Including tax

I'll assume the extra $400 is for DMV/doc fee
So, add $595 acquisition fee to the discounted price for an adjusted CAP of $18,532 That gives me $227/mo.+tax At 9% tax, their quote is $250/mo.+tax
So, the price looks okay to me... but, it doesn't add up to the expected lease payment. Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost. If it's more than $18,532, find out what else they added, besides the acquisition fee.

Thank you kyfdx! I emailed this dealer back asking for the CAP cost and telling them that their figures seem a bit high considering....but haven't heard back yet.
Another dealer sent me these figures: Option 1: $788 due at signing and $188 + tax Option 2: $0 down and $210 + tax These numbers look good and I'm still waiting to hear back on the CAP cost from this dealer as well.

Hi can I please get the money factor, residual 36/12 and 36/15,and lease cash for a 2018 Civic LX sedan in Massachusetts 02067.
Local dealer is quoting a $88/month (36/12) with 3K down (doc, tax, and fees additional), which I consider a great deal, but only concern is the amount of down payment as I've read one should not put a lot down on a lease. MSRP is 20530 and Net Cap Cost is 17215. Thoughts.

Yeah, that $3K equates to $83/mo, so the true lease cost is $171/mo plus tax.
