Boy I would love to locate a 2017 EX Hatchback in MA, even with the lower residual would probably still be cheaper with MF .00060 and Lease cash (available for 17 EX hatch?)
Need it in Sonic Grey, appears 17 EX hatches hard to find.

At some point, the programs on the 2017 Civic will end.

Nobody knows when that will be.

If you can be more flexible with color, you might have better luck finding what you want.

I got a rough estimate for 2018 Civic LX sedan lease in NJ but had a hard time getting all the info I wanted. 
MSRP $20530
36 months/10k
$261 per month with taxes
$490 drive off fee (dmv fee + first month)

does this seem like a good deal? 
have any idea what the selling price might be so maybe I can negotiate more?
and what should be MF and Residual for this car?

You'll have to ask the dealer what selling price (or, adjusted cap cost, as it looks like the fees and taxes are being added in) they are using for the $261/mo quote.

There is $1300 lease cash on the sedan.
So, if that's a lease, it's an average price, I'd say.

Negotiate your best price, then subtract the lease cash.
