2018 Honda Accord Lease Deals and Prices

Can I have the updated money factor, residual % and incentives if any for Accord 1.5T Sport CVT for 36/12 and 36/10 for 10606. Thank you in advance.

It’s interesting how Honda has changed the lease programs. A few months ago an EX was 59% RV, .00128 MF then it went to 58% RV, .0011 MF and now 57% RV, .00092 MF.
They kept lowering the residual and MF. If you do the math you will see that the total cost of the lease is exactly the same for all 3 programs. It’s as if they had a particular profit in mind and didn’t want to deviate but were getting nervous about the future value of the car.

It's just typical. Cars are worth less, as the model year goes on. Money factors are adjusted to keep the payment at the same level, that will sell vehicles.

It's no different for any other make, more or less.

$1,867.29 out of pocket ($1,000 down and $867.29 in fees).

The $867 is for first payment, DMV and doc fees, most likely
Also, you have to add $595 acq.fee to the CAP cost.

With the $1000 extra upfront, I'm within a dollar of their payment.
I'd drop the $1000 and take the $30 higher payment (which will change the upfront to $897, as that includes the higher 1st payment)

Based on everything I've read, the cost of the leases have not really changed even though the numbers are changing? So it cost the same to lease in January as it does now?

No.. the lease cost came way down in April, when they dropped the money factor from .00220 to .00110.

Please report back to us on how you do. Imho that's unlikely for the higher trims of the Accord.
