    Just curious on a 2018 highlander se lease deal msrp $44316 neg $40329 residual 27919 mf.00050 36/12k monthly payment 402.71. 2k out of pocket. The lease is in NJ. Returning 2015 highlander early 2x payments of 376

    Questions:
    1. What is the breakdown of the $2000 out of pocket?
    2. What is the dealer doing with the remaining payments on your existing lease?

    Relative to MSRP, that looks like a good deal, but knowing all the details would help.

    breakdown of 2k out of pocket is $499 doc, $650acq, $402 first payment, fees/ins $312? upfront taxes $80, and cap red $56.
    dealer said they will absorb the remaining 2 payments. thanks in advance!

    "Dealer said"? Nothing on the contract that indicates that? I'm always leery when the 'dealer says' they'll do something that may benefit you. Those payments have to be made - it's possible they could end up in your new lease.

    We recommend you roll everything into the lease payment except the first payment and registration costs. Higher payment, but much less out of pocket that would be at risk if the car were to be stolen or totaled.

    Can I please get the mf and res for 2018 highlander LE Plus awd, XLE awd, and SE awd? 
    36/12k and my zip is 46037. 
    Also, are there any lease incentives currently and can MSDs be applied based on the mf in my region? Thanks!

    61%/62%/63% residual, respectively.

    Should be able to use MSDs, but many dealers are not familiar with the program (and, it's at their discretion)
