Guys maybe you would have some input on this....so I'm in NJ and I signed a deal for Highlander XLE 15k/36mo . MSRP was 42,448 selling price was 36,875. $420 a month with 420 out of pocket to cover 1st payment. In doing the calculation after(not the best choice) I realized the money factor on the deal was .00080. I got the deal I wanted and am very happy. Besides the dealer not being honest how does this impact the pricing etc. Its a difference of about $650 vs the .00050 MF

I doubt it's actually .00080. It's more likely that there is a charge of some kind that you missed.
Toyota dealers generally don't markup the subvented rates (I'm not sure they are even allowed to)

What we are saying is that to get the $478/mo payment, the CAP cost would have to be about $43,900, or $3100 more than the selling price you were given.

You need to find out what is in that $3100.

Your calculation is correct, if your tax rate is 7%
Maybe, DMV fees or some other charge (GAP insurance?) is added to the CAP.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and see how that differs from the sale price they gave you.
