    By the way, for those wondering - I emailed maybe 12 GSM's/GM's across texas on the SE looking for a $400 payment with the above deal structure. About 9 of those dealerships did not respond or counter and the 3 that did gave me a $500-$515 payment with still me responsible for making 1st payment. The dealer i got it from quoted me $435 and that was his one and only payment when he emailed me back. The closest dealer to him (who happened to be in my backyard) was $447, but I still walked because he couldnt even match the other dealership. He couldn't go a $1 less than $447 with that deal structure and almost identical MSRP + dealeradds.

    So i ended up telling my sister to make the 300mile drive.

    Trying to buy a Toyota in the Southeast - I feel sorry for you. May pay to drive up north if you want one. They don't seem to have near the dealer add-ons and pacs, let alone southeast Toyota crapola.

    You're still responsible for any end of lease charges on your current lease? That's seems risky....

    Can I please get the incentives and MF/ Residual for Highlander Limited and Limited Platinum for 23111. I am hoping it is a big improvement over 27606 and SETF. Hope it will be worth it to go north for vehicle.

    Haven't really negotiated the selling price fully. As of now they are offering selling price 39980 (2500 off MSRP, ie 6% discount over MSRP). Is there a typical range for discount % from MSRP ( i think this may vary from dealer to dealer and region - but just curious how much should I try to push it down to)

    At that price, $421/mo., assuming all taxes and fees are paid upfront.
    $650 acquisition fee
    $1400 tax
    If we roll that amount in, $479/mo. with just first payment and DMV/doc upfront
