To get that payment, the adjusted CAP cost would have to be about $42,200.
That's $2330 over their price. Seems like a lot.

Do you have June MF and RV yet? Any idea if they'll change in June? I signed a purchase agreement for 12k/36 in 02459 based on .0008 and 63% for an XLE AWD. But I didn't sign all the lease paperwork yet. Vehicle due to be delivered 6/5. Dealer wants me to sign before end of month, but Id rather just wait and sign after it comes in. They're trying to make me think incentives will change negatively for me. I think they have to honor the price no matter what. thoughts?

Current programs are good through 06/04

Incentives and money factors could change, but residuals are fixed through July 9th.

It could get better, but .00080 MF is pretty low, historically, and there haven't been any incentives on the Highlander, all year. It could get better, but it's not bad now... and it could certainly go the other way.

If you don't sign before the current program expires, they absolutely have no commitment to you. Until you sign the deal, they aren't committed, even now.
