What’s the MF and RV for a base model in Texas zip code 75007. And any incentives I should be on the lookout for?

What do you think about the deal overall and what would the payments be for an XLE with the MSDs

It looks like a decent deal.
Don't have any way to extrapolate those numbers to an XLE, as I don't have the details given for those prices. Probably do a little better on an LE V6 or an SE, than an XLE, though. (maybe)

If you're using MSDs, the only way to improve on the deal is to negotiate a bigger discount from MSRP

Ok, but what is Nitro and 3 year Reist All on the lease? What do I say to negotiate the discount, because all I've been doing is having 3 dealers outbid each other.

I don't see you getting any lower on that deal. The $1495 is a lot of garbage that's probably worth $200-$300 at most, but you have to balance that against the huge $5750 discount from MSRP, that you probably wouldn't get, without the big $1495 package.
If you are having dealers outbid each other, and no other dealer is willing to beat it, then you are probably at the bottom.
We are now considering a loaded Platinum 2018 Highlander Highlander with an MSRP of $48,254 at Stevinson West. Selling price is $43,620. Residual is 27,470. Money Factor should be
Using your advice earlier we are now asking them for a 36 month lease, 15K miles per year, only the 1st payment down. Our 769 Fico score and a tax rate of 3.0250%. They have our monthly payment at $513 with tax.
Does this add up? I'm not sure if the money factor is what we were expecting?

.00068 MF and 59% residual for 36/15 Assuming AWD and Colorado.
I asked the dealer I'm working with for the invoice and dealer holdback pricing and this is what I got for 350 per month with 0 down. Do the numbers make sense or can I negotiate more?
Can someone provide the MF and RV for Tucson, Arizona 85743 on a LE Plus and XLE for 12/36? I am being quoted the following on a 2018 XLE: Down: $0.00 MSRP: $40,489 Purchase Price:$38,201 Base Pmt:$448 ($487 w. taxes) MF:.00068 Residual after 36mo: $25,913
If Im calculating correctly, they are rolling about 2k - 2.5k in fees in the monthly. Is that reasonable?

The numbers make sense. You can ask for whatever you want. No idea if you'll get lower, though.

.00068 MF and 64% residual is correct.
That seems excessive. How much is due at signing? Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost. $650 acquisition fee State DMV fees And, probably some off-the-wall dealer fee.
My total fees when I leased a Tacoma in June were under $1000, including the acquisition fee.
Good deal or no? Blizzard Pearl XLE. AWD MSRP $42224. 36/10.5 lease terms. First month and fees upfront, taxes rolled into payment. $459/month was the lowest I was able to get the dealer.

Toyota doesn't have 10.5K/yr. You must be shopping Fords.
What is the selling price? Adjusted CAP cost? How much is due at signing?
How does this look? Which one should I go with? I have two dealerships going against each other. Here is the breakdown I got from them:
Dealer #1 MSRP $42,224 The selling price for the lease is $39,545.87 The residual is $27,867.84, which is 66% of list. The money factor is .00086 1st payment and DMV fees up front. That's $440 for 1st payment, $75 for doc fee, $10 for 1st NYS Inspection, $12.50 for NYS tire waste management. That comes to total of $537.50. Total Monthly amount $440 for 36/10K
Dealer #2 MSRP: $42,572 Selling Price/Cap Cost: $39,500 Residual Value: $28,075 (based on a 10k mile per year lease) Money Factor: .00086 Just putting 1st payment down and rolling your taxes into the monthly payment: $432 x 36 months (1st payment & $97.50 for NYS tire tax, documentation fee and NYS inspection)

The MSRP on deal 2 is higher, yet the payment is $8/mo lower? That seems to be the deal to take.
But, I've got to ask - why is there an $85 delta on the NYS tire tax between the two quotes? I would think gov't fees would be consistent from one dealer to the next.
Do you see room in the deal and the holdback numbers?
When you start delving into holdback numbers, you are going down the wrong rabbit hole. Negotiate the lowest selling price that you can. We don't track sale prices. You have to do that legwork on your own.
Hi, I have an offer of a 2018 awd le, msrp of $36, 300. Cap cost is $32821. They added the 650 acq fee, tax for N. california and dmv fee. It comes to a cost of $35009. Residual is $24003.
The MF is .001 for this 3 yr, 12k mile lease.
Monthly payment is $374 with no down. Does this look ok? Is the Mf correct for N. ca?

66% and .00100
Using the MSRP and adjusted cap cost provided, I get $366/mo plus tax.
If your quote of $374/mo includes tax, then that's a good deal.
do you know what the lease incentives from Toyota toward the Highlander and what has changed in terms of incentives from last month (Dec) to this month (Jan)?

CO taxes the monthly payment, and I don't see mention of the $650 acquisition fee.
Using those prices, I get $486/mo; $501/mo if I add the 3% tax rate.
I'd confirm the MF and adjusted cap cost the dealer is using for their $513/mo quote.
