    Hi everyone, first time posting. I'm looking to roll over my 2016 RDX lease into a base 2018 MDX. MSRP is 45,195 with most likely 12k per year over 36 months. What can I expect in terms of monthly payment and drive off cost? I have a good relationship with the manager of the dealership, and so I should get a pretty good deal.

    I'm hoping for something in the $425 range for the base. Is that doable? What do the numbers look like? I'm in So cal with 7.5% Sales tax

    The 2,950 Incentive do I take the amount and deduct what the dealer is offering? I hardly doubt they will mention the cash incentive to me. Is this incentive located online to use a reference point. At what price do you think is a fair offer. I am looking to get a deal of a price of 44,800 for a Tech AWD.

    We don't track pricing.

    $750 of the incentive is factory to dealer, and won't be disclosed to you. Use the knowledge to get your best price.

    The other $2200 is a consumer incentive, and will show up on your deal sheet as a cap reduction.

    12k for 36mo.
    MF: .0005.
    I think payment should be lower for the selling price. Does the payment seems appropriate?

    I get $475/mo.+tax, assuming your $1300 covers all fees/charges

    Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and see if it differs from the sale price. Looks like an extra $1000 in there.
    If it's different, ask why.

    If I add all the taxes and fees, and the first payment, into the selling price, I get a payment of $488/mo. So yes, I would assume the MF is marked up.

    Ask them what adjusted cap cost they used for their payment quote, and have them explain how they got there.

    I don't think Acura allows markups to subvented money factors.
    I don't see the $595 acquisition fee on that list. Ask the dealer for the actual adjusted CAP cost.

    Hi all, This is my first time leasing, I'm just trying to handle all the variables. Let me know what you think about this deal I have on the table. I'm in Northern Cal in the Peninsula of the Bay Area:

    2018 MDX AWD w/Tech 36/10k miles

    Sale Price 45,548
    Money Factor: .0005
    Residual 56%
    $1350 Down, $516/month, $561 w/taxes

    Also, they push the warranty/maintenance plan, 3 years for $1500 (down from $1800 initially)...seems like a lot to me, thoughts?

    If I add the $595 acquisition fee to the sale price, I get the same pre-tax payment.
    $1350 looks about right for 1st payment, doc fee and DMV fees.

    I wouldn't pay $1500 for pre-paid maintenance on an Acura
