    Hi dealer in NJ 07401 is offering a lease for the base model MDX (36mo/12k) for 505/per month. Includes all fees, sales tax. Sign and drive with the first months payment
    Can someone post the residuals and MF, Plus any incentives to be aware of to reduce the payment.

    You make 35 payments going forward.

    List price: 51595
    Sell price: 46000(applying all price incentives).
    Residual: 28893
    Money factor: .0005

    Every $500 moves the payment up or down $15/month.

    Thoughts? I’m waiting to hear what percentage of tax he has down.

    MSRP $51,595 for the SH-AWD MDX.
    Cap Cost $46,000
    $3,000 down to help cover sales tax and lic

    53% is the 36/15 residual; guess the dealer didn't pay attention to the adjustment for 12K

    Dealer cannot modify the residual; it is fixed by the bank.

    That looks good. The only way to get lower is to negotiate a lower sale price.
