With that adjusted CAP, I get $509/mo.

Is that the actual adjusted CAP? Or, just the selling price?

The purchase option number is irrelevant, because that tax number is for a purchase. FL taxes the monthly payment on a lease.

The incentives are all Acura-to-dealer, so they would be included in any quote.
That's a big dealer fee...

To get the actual numbers, you have to ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an itemization of that number.

55% residual is correct
.00079 is the money factor for Tier 4 and below. Did they run your credit?
.00050 MF for Tiers 1-3

This is based on MSRP of $49,595.
If you take out $2950 in incentives, I see a discount of 5.5%. Am I correct ?

The calculated payment is correct.
This is with $ZERO due at signing, correct? Not even the first payment?

The acquisition fee is normal.
Dealer fees are just extra profit. FL is famous for ridiculously high dealer fees, so there you go.
I get about 5.4% off MSRP, before incentives... that's normal. Of course, they took 1.6% back with the dealer fee.

Can't figure out how you have tax on a CAP reduction, when you haven't made a CAP reduction?

Not sure about the tax you mentioned. Seems like sales tax of 6.5 % on the doc fee (go figure!)

If everything is rolled in, then no CAP reduction, and the monthly payment is taxed.

Dealer fees vary a lot. Of course some states have a maximum by law (NY, IL, OH, CA). Those states obviously have lower fees.

Acura does not have an MSD program.

I get $498/mo with those numbers.

Ask the dealer for the cap cost they used for their payment quote - if higher than the selling price, find out what has been added.

Yes.. it's the dealer's money. But, they all get it. It should result in a lower selling price for you.

Looking at 2018 AWD tech. Dealer is telling me with low mileage it's better to lease. Looking at 7500 miles annually. Is the RV higher for lease less than 10k annually?
Can you please tell me the numbers for 22015 (northern Virginia) for 36month lease.
