Thank you for the response. But that would definitely drive up the cost on the monthly payment. Want to stay within the 430- 450 range. I know the total price reflects on what the monthly would be but do you think I have any more play room with the selling price.

Any advertised deal is just "OK". You can likely negotiate a better price than the deal, and we don't recommend a down payment on a lease.

That lease deal is over $500/mo when you amortize the down payment.

What is the MSRP?
Sales tax isn't $3600 on a lease in NJ. $1300-1600, maximum.

Nothing new for President's day on the MDX.

$750 of that $2250 is for purchase.. The other $1500 is only for leases.

Checking this out since seems to be better deal than a Pilot. These $2250 lease cash for tech package, is that just come off the total Cap? or is that literally a payment for upfront costs etc, I guess either way it will lower the total Cap cost.

$750 of it is a dealer incentive.. So, you won't see that in your deal... negotiate a lower price to account for it.
The $1500 lease cash will be reflected as a CAP cost reduction, if it's a consumer incentive (and, I think it is)

Correct, negotiate your best price knowing about the $750, then the $1500 comes off of that.

Probably worse.. They didn't start with incentives on the 2017 Hybrid, until the 2017 lease program had ended for the gas models.
