We aren't fans of cap reduction - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

No predictions on what the future holds, but the current Acura program is valid through the end of February.

Selling price $38,239

(We reworked the numbers bc they were supposedly working up numbers on an RDX by accident). I flipped out since I was already in the car on the way there to do the deal.

We ended up at $411 (includes tax) with $2,000 total due at signing (includes first payment) for a 36month w/ 12k miles.

This forum was soooo helpful and we think we got a good deal. MDX FWD 2018/3year lease with 10,000 per year. - MF 0.00074/ RV 60% - drive off ($ 1091 which includes dmv fee, doc fee, acquisition fee, and first months pay) - monthly including tax $447 /month - selling price (gross capitalized $39,857.80) I hope this was a good deal. Mthe initial offer $1500 down with $595 per month including tax

You'll have to negotiate a better selling price - not sure how much more room the dealer has to discount.

Hello, looking for mf, rv,and incentives on a mdx tech with 7.5/36 and 10/36 in nj. Also does the true car pricing help? I have already negotiated a selling price at $44.964.00  3k. Down at 475 a month. With them taking my 3 remaining payments on my accord lease. Have not yet agreed to deal. Not sure if it's any good. Thanks.

I agree with the math on the worksheet, but I'd suggest you restructure the deal to only pay the first payment and registration costs at signing. Add the dealer doc fee and taxes to the monthly payment - if the car is stolen or totaled, you would lose that money if you paid it up front.

Thank you for the response. But that would definitely drive up the cost on the monthly payment. Want to stay within the 430- 450 range. I know the total price reflects on what the monthly would be but do you think I have any more play room with the selling price.
