Thanks for the answers. There is so much different lease prices that I get from each dealer. For my own calculation, I have same question previously asked, how does the $2600 incentive break into customer facing cap cost reduction and factory to dealer incentive? Or If the dealer have other internal factory to dealer incentive on the top of $2600 incentive? Knowledge of this can significantly impact my lease payment because then I can just pay 0 down and my 2600 can server as down in cap cost reduction.

If there are other incentives, we are not aware of them.

If the sale price is the cap cost, I get $470/mo. Assumes taxes and fees are paid up front. VA taxes the entire selling price, even on a lease.

Did all of these figures include tax, title, registration and dealer admin fee? If so, great... if not, I assume that was on top of the $2500 down. Can you tell me how much the other fees were? I'm in NC and just bought a Genesis in VA so I'm not beyond a road trip. FYI... I see MDX AWD w/Tech for lease of $490 (retail price is $50,600) and has $4,598 down plus $595 acqx fee. Does not include tax, tag, or title but does include $4,467 CCR.
