    Hi - I am also new to the lease game. I got the quote below from a Chicago area dealer and it seems high and I am not sure why. I am looking for comments and advice as to why or if it is fair lease offer.

    2018 Giulia TI AWD Lusso
    39 mo/15K mi/yr
    MSRP - $52,690
    After discounts (includes $2750 in rebates)- $46140
    Residual 46% MSRP - $24145
    MF .0002626
    Fees/Capitalized Sales tax rolled into payment - $2985
    Walk away fee is the first month payment
    Monthly payment $659

    This seems high especially will the low MF. Any advice on where or how to push back? thanks.

    Do you live in Chicago? If so, you'll pay both state and city taxes on a lease - about 17% total, IIRC.

    That will drive up your payment amount.

    And, I'd challenge the MF - it's a 5 digit number, not 7; ask which bank this quote is through.

    Is the CAP cost before deducting the $2750 incentive?
    I'll assume so, because that's the only way I can make it work.

    The incentives must be bigger on the Ally lease, because the terms seem slightly better on the Chrysler Capital lease.

    If I deduct the $2750 from $52393 for an adjusted CAP of $49,643, I'm within a couple of dollars of that payment.

    Is it a good deal? Sorry, no idea, really. It seems reasonable, given the lease program available.
    So, what's the amount due at signing? $0? Or, 1st payment?

    Considering a 36/12 lease on a 2018 Giulia Ti, AWD, though I may end up buying instead. (Or get a BMW - who know?)

    We don't have the exact figure, but likely in the range of .00190 to .00230

    Gonna be real expensive to lease, methinks....

    Hi all. I am new to these forums and wow are they helpful. I have a Lexus GS350 lease ending and am looking at a 2018 Ti Sport RWD in Florida. The MSRP is 7K less than the GS and the payment being offered is much higher. I know the residual is lower on the Alfa, but had no idea the payment would be affected so much. Dealer starting off at sticker isn't helping my cause either.
    Is .00025 and 49% for a 39/10 accurate?

    Mine is a 2017 purchased a couple weeks ago. I was charged $1195 acquisition fee. Is the dealer allowed to mark it up that much?

    Last month the acquisition fee on the 2017 Guilia was $895 - possible that the dealer marked it up. We don't have any specific information about that.
