Using your terms, I get the same payment.
Actually, using my terms, it's within a dollar.

Considering that it includes tax, it looks pretty good.

I drove the Guilia Ti Sport and really liked it but after looking at this thread I am thinking its not a great lease. I am coming from a lease A3 and looking to upgrade to Audi A4 BMW 3 or 4 series and this car. For some reason this car really made a good impression on me. How does it stack up against the BMWs and Audis as far as lease goes.

Audi's, in general, do not lease as well as BMW. Don't have enough information to tell you about Alfa. Read back through previous pages in this thread to see what others have been able to do.

I don't have Ally numbers.
Chrysler Capital is .00037 MF and 48% residual

I'll guess that the Ally lease comes with bigger incentives.

Those numbers don't really add up... I get $595/mo.+tax with that CAP cost. Maybe, that's before deducting incentives?

Find out what cap cost the dealer is using, and how they got there from the selling price.

Skip the down payment, and limit the total cash out of pocket to the first payment and registration costs. You'll have a higher payment, but you won't be risking cash in case the car is stolen or totaled.

We don't track pricing, so can't tell you if that's possible or not.

However, when I plug those numbers into my lease calculator ($38,831 cap cost), I get $414/mo plus tax.
