Wondering what would be the money factor and residual for 39/10, 39/12? Would it be better monetary wise to extend the term (months)? I am looking at NJ Infiniti inventories as well as Delaware, and Pa however I reside in NJ. Also as of now I've seen up to 20% off MSRP of 2018 Infiniti QX60 so its def appealing if one can beat or get that deal as the money factor is attractive.

While nearly a month ago, that is pretty darn impressive! The best I could do on a very similar MSRP was $48k in gross cap cost with 1k due at signing and a $570 payment!! Needless to say I didn't even consider it... I'm curious how much does MSD come in to play and what does that really do for a lease? Obviously you had lease cash and some dealer cash, but I'm still amazed at zero down and $406 a month. The 20% discount on selling price is great!
