    2019 QX50 Essential FWD, with Pro Assist ($550), Premium Heat Package ($1200), Premium Audio ($900), Splash guards ($180)
    - MSRP: $46,995 and had the dealer install splash guards ($180)
    - 12k/39 Months.
    - Residual: 60%
    - $500 rebate (conquest)
    - $553 downpayment (needed to pay all the drive-offs in order to use MSDs)
    - Tax: 9.5%
    - Pre MSD Money Factor: 0.00120 (Pre-MSD Payment was $462, $0 down)
    - Post MSD Money Factor: 0.000320
    - Final Payment (including tax): $383.00

    Shop around until you get the realistic deal you want, folks!

    Im in cali, looking for a simular deal, would you mind letting me know the name of dealer or fleet manager you delt with?

    Also was there a reason the MF didnt stsrt at .85 so you could get it down to 0001 with msd?

    Was there something special that happened that made the residual 60% instead of 58%?

    Please confirm dealer lease cash and mf/residual for fwd QX60 39/12k.  Dealer is in North Carolina and I live in South Carolina.  Dealer said they get $2k lease cash but I thought other posts here mentioned $3k lease cash.  Thanks for your help!

    i know the ideal residual at 39/12 is 57% with .00085 but I’ve worked out a fantastic deal with my dealer and want to ensure I can get the best term since the design factor of this car is showing its age and don’t want to be stuck with it for too long.

    MSRP: 50850
    Selling Price: 40279 (includes lease cash)
    Rebates: 2000 (VPP + 500 Loyalty)
    MF: .00005 (with 8 MSDs)
    Fees: 1316 + Texas taxes rolled in (there are some tax savings from a break-even trade in)

    at 24 months 368.52 = 8,844.48 total cost
    at 39 months 319.29 = 12,452.31 total cost

    The difference is about 50 bucks, and it would save me the imminent need of tire replacement and running out of bumper to bumper warranty coverage.

    It's not as sweet as the 39m but it's still a terrific deal, considering TX tax, right?
