    Hi
    I got a good offer on QX 60 2019, LUXE, MSRP: $61800, selling price:$,55500
    No down payment, monthly payment with tax $586, 
    However, the dealer asked me to sign what he called a property tax on cars which leasee should pay in Kentucky. I have never heard of this tax on a lease and wondering if the dealer is trying to rip me off by transfering the property tax to me.

    You are responsible for the property tax in KY.

    I know I am, in CO.

    Any car you register in KY is subject to property tax, buy or lease.

    Hello! Tried to work out a deal on a 2018 QX60 and was told they had no lease programs for a 2018 and could only lease a 2019. Is this true??

    I received some numbers from a dealer and I can’t seem to get back to the monthly payment of 297. Would someone be able to weigh in?


    QX60 AWD Pure

    MSRP - 47,770
    Sell Price - 39,773
    MF - .00086 (Down to .00076 with 1 MSD as allowed by NY)
    Residual - 60%
    Term - 39 months
    Miles - 10 k
    Fees up front -
    $297.31 1st mo
    $280 NY Registration New plates
    $3 Lemon law fee
    $700 Bank fee
    $1311.12 Total in taxes
    $350 msd
    $2941.43 Total due at signing

    would qualify for both Conquest and VPP. The car would be registered in NYC.
