    I have 2 dealerships in NC quoting me essentially the same 2.0T Premium RWD at 36/15K.

    Both agree the money factor is .002 and lease cash is $6100 on the Premium.

    One agrees with the residual stated here of 49%. The other swears up and down that it is 48%. Is the one quoting 48% looking at AWD numbers? Can two dealerships, in the same state, have different residual options from KMF?

    That's possible. AWD residual is 1% lower.

    The numbers are national, and can't be altered by the dealer.
    The AWD money factor is .00195

    Hello Michaell and all! I'm looking for MF, Residual & lease cash for GT2 RWD & AWD 48m/10k please. Also if anyone can confirm that invoice is about $47k for RWD and 49.2k for AWD? Just making sure around $600m 48m/10k Sign&Drive(1st payment only) and $630 36m/10k is possible. I've confirmed some dealers are selling at or just below invoice so these lease numbers should match within a few bucks. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    I assume lease cash should come off a negotiated price, and not MSRP, correct? It can be used as a way to reduce the cap cost amount. Thanks.

    Right... I think for Kia, it's actually a consumer rebate, that will be used as a CAP cost reduction.
