    Seems everybody is asking for 36 mo numbers. I'm just curious what the 24 mo numbers looks like in NJ. Does $6500 lease cash apply to both RWD and AWD?

    The 36 would be pretty good if only they'd offer a better MF. At roughly 1.9% APR, I'm calculating right at about $450/mo sign and drive on a $44,495 MSRP (GT1 RWD).

    I think the thinking goes like this:

    Most people don't understand money factor or residual, so let's make those onerous.
    They do understand cash, so we'll make the lease term terrible, then mitigate with a large amount of lease cash. It'll still be crappy, but they'll think it's a good deal.

    We don't have the details of the program behind the $1000.

    Why would you want to exit your lease early? That's likely to cost you way more than $1000.

    We don't have the details of the program behind the $1000.

    Why would you want to exit your lease early? That's likely to cost you way more than $1000.
    If you're planning on buying the car then right now the best deal on the Stinger is to actually lease it, get the lease cash, and buy it out immediately (either using a 3rd party auto loan or if you have the cash with cash). You pay a little in fees but since the lease cash is so high right now that ends up being the best deal if you want to purchase the car. The $1000 would make it an even better deal but it is not clear if that is only for people who maintain the full lease term.

    No insight on what the future holds, but the MF, residual and lease cash will fluctuate to achieve a certain payment. Unless Kia thinks they need to improve the numbers to move more inventory.

    I've ask for details of the rebates and told them to trim any i wouldn't qualify for and i was told that
    "everyone qualifies for that $7600". I also asked for the total purchase price (MSRP-DISCOUNT-REBATE) for some clarity. There is also 2 more instate dealerships within 20-25 minutes of my home, so I'm hoping to get the best deal from one and shop it to the rest.............

    MSRP is $41,189 discount $3,944 rebate $7,600 final "sale" price is $29,645

    I've gotten 3 different MSRPs for the same vehicle $42,305.00, $41,189 $40,255.00 I assume this is normal practice to mess with MSRPs so they manipulate the discounts and rebate to make you think you're getting a great deal?

    There is only one MSRP. It's the bottom line of the government required window sticker.
    If the residual amount given above is correct, then the the MSRP is $40,390.

    Assuming that is the MSRP, I get $387/mo, with first payment and all fees upfront.
    That's not far off their quote, but the discount looks smaller, once you see the real MSRP.

    It's not a bad deal, compared to some of the lease quotes we see in this discussion.
    No sales tax, right?

    I just met with a Kia dealer in GA for a base model GT. What you gave me matched up with what they were using: .00228 MF and 51% residual. $5500 lease cash.

    However, after calculating the lease in front of the salesman, utilizing their discount + the lease cash and taking into account their doc fee and supposed Kia lease fee (around $700), and then the 7% GA tax per monthly payment, I came up with $447 w/0 money down, while they came back to me again with $517 for 0 money down. I said, "the numbers are right here, I double-checked them in front of you, you have confirmed the MF and residual, yet you are $70 higher than me." And they just kept pointing to the official Kia lease template on the screen and saying, "this is what Kia's system came up with." So it seems to me, dealers can maintain the "mystery factor" and charge whatever they want to charge, regardless of the official MF and residual. Any thoughts?
