I'm in South Florida. The lease term can be whatever but it needs to be a minimum of 15kmiles/year.

If you say "yes" it will give me the confidence to push during the negotiations. Please let me know what numbers, etc. I will need to aim for.

To get that payment, you need $700/mo, pre-tax
That's an adjusted CAP cost of $54,500, on a $60K MSRP.

I don't follow pricing, but that seems unlikely.

No.. I'm not saying that at all. That's not how percentages work.

To get to your price point, you'll have to get 12% under MSRP, or so...

Even on a lower MSRP, that doesn't look likely, though the percentage discount needed would be less. LR dealers aren't famous for discounting.

An SE might get you to your number, given the lower price and the higher residual

Is that a good cap price reduction or is that normal depreciation because the 2018 are also on the lot ? One dealer said there is a lease program on a 2017 by US Bank. Would you go for the 2017 or take a 2018 with better lease support options & incentives ?

Not sure what you mean by cap price reduction? Do you mean discount? Also, everything I've read basically says that 2017's won't lease.. its all about the 2018's.

No idea about the pricing. The lease programs will be different, so it's important to find out what sort of lease payment that results from that big discount, and how that compares to the 2018.

If you are leasing, that's all that matters. Can you save substantially on the monthly payment? If so, it wouldn't bother me to lease a 2017, or from US Bank.

Both are demos with around 3k Miles.

17 is a 5 seater which makes up most of the MSRP difference (7 and seat fold) I don’t need 7 seats but like air suspension.

SE is likely the best value.

I got the 2017 to 53k. Cap cost or purchase plus fees, (600). 

Debating on just buying the car instead of leasing as I think a lot of the deprecatiiin has already happened.

Thank you. Yes, that include the Dealer and acquisition fees. However, the dealer just came back at me with $795, not the $740 like I was expecting. I think there is some more wiggle room to get closer to the $740/month payment. Do you think this is a possibility?

Could be a markup to the MF - LR dealers are notorious for this.
