Bank fee = Lease Acquisition fee
Every lease has one. That is the standard acq.fee for JLR Financial.

Looks like the money factor is marked up slightly from .00072 to .00082. (that's what happens, when they still have room to get you under $800/mo). That adds about $10/mo. to the payment.

No issues other than that. One of the better deals I've seen on a Land Rover.

My friend got similar MSRP for about 770 a month with taxes in (NY) plus bank fee, 1st least, etc.

I'm surprised they didn't give you the 33/10 option.

The numbers on the left are for purchase. Purchase sales tax is irrelevant for the lease calculation and no mention of the lease acquisition fee.

Looks like some pretty massive markups to the money factor. Either that, or the rebate isn't actually valid with the lease program. (or, they are using a 3rd party bank, so that it's valid)
I'd ask the for the adjusted CAP cost, and clarification on the rebate/leasing bank.

If I want to have a payment of $650 a month, with just normal drive-offs put down, how do I need to structure this? I guess I'm asking, how much further down do I need to talk them? I am in Los Angeles.

I’m considering pivoting now. Every a-hole dealer in SoCal is unapologetically marking up the money factor on the leases!! So draining.

Considering a purchase of a 2018 HSE. Sticker is 63,999. Right now I’ve got them down to 53,999. Do we think that’s a good enough deal? Should I push for more? I was trying to aim for 20% off which might be a stretch.
