Yes, relative to MSRP and despite the poor residual, that is a good deal.

I think there is still some room to negotiate. The dealer I made my deal with last night told me that Acura is pushing dealers hard to clear out '19 TLXs. Also said there is a volume incentive for dealers for selling a certain amount of TLXs. Use the last day of the month to your advantage--dealers are under the gun. Keep that in mind when you counter.

True on the last day. You just don't want to make a decision with pressure like omg it's the last time I'll get a great deal  I think the deal is good but I'd like for them to cover the over mileage bill on my current lease. I mentioned that in my last text and of course he said come on in to discuss. Long day working then going to the dealership is not the best thought.

Well this is a Honda turn in if I go to the TLX. The Acura dealer sent a screenshot of the order message he got in the Honda system when he tried to submit the information. I guess I'll bring this into March and see if any of the numbers change.

Expect a low residual that kills the deal..lol Its tough to get lower than a $460 payment from my experience with about $750 down. This is in FL. The dealerships think they're selling top of the line latest infotainment systems from 2008. Great looking car but not worth $450 or more. The Accord gives you later technology. No V6 I know but you may get over it with the turbo 4 high torque at low rpms.

New to leasing, wondering if you could help? Got a sale price from dealer for purchase at $35,900. For leasing, would the 6725 be subtracted giving me an effective price of $29175? If so is this number I should be shooting for?

Have an offer for the TLX V6 tech $390 per month with 1000 down 36/12. Sale price of the lease 30,900 after incentives.

What is the MSRP?


It appears that $1000 of that incentive is for buy/finance/lease
$5725 is lease specific.

$41,095 is the MSRP

$390/mo. with just $1000 upfront looks like a good deal.

The dealerships think they're selling top of the line latest infotainment systems from 2008. Great looking car but not worth $450 or more. The Accord gives you later technology. No V6 I know but you may get over it with the turbo 4 high torque at low rpms. 

Off the bat with no negotiating got them at $397 out the door + first payment, tax, tag,title. Will let you know how it goes.
