    Looking for MF/residual/incentives for 2019 TLX A-Spec for 24/10 and 36/10 in 91737, thanks!

    4 cylinder or 6 cylinder?

    If 6, FWD or AWD?
    4 cylinder please
    .00190 and 58% / 52%
    $8250 incentive
Could you give me the same for the 6cyl AWD? I appreciate your help. And the $8250 incentive is in addition to any discount you negotiate off MSRP right? i.e. If they offer me total $8250 below MSRP they're basically giving it to me at MSRP yes?
Actually, the same numbers apply to the V6 AWD A-Spec

Yes, you want to negotiate your best deal, including the incentives.

I got offered a sales price of $41,821 (MSRP $45,795) on an AWD A-Spec before the $8,250 lease incentive. I feel like I should be able to get that lower considering that's only an 8.67% discount from the MSRP before the incentive and that's not very good when the 2020 models are rolling out soon.

So, a total of $12,250 off MSRP?

I think that is a pretty good offer

Is the $8250 incentive on TLX ASPEC V6 AWD available for both lease and purchase? If not, what is the incentive on purchases?

Any insight as to why Acura incents leases significantly more vs purchases? The risk is on the manufacturer if residuals end up less vs projections.

They have insurance to cover any possible losses. They still make money at the end of the lease, even if they guess wrong on the residual.

That is the correct base MF if not making a security deposit.

If the dealer discount is almost 9% they are already below invoice so I would concur with @kyfdx that the dealer's offer is pretty good.

I'm confused . If the sales price is nowhere near below the $8250 incentive,  then where does the incentive come into play? Shouldnt you be getting a sales price of 8250 below msrp?

If I had gotten this deal a year ago (I know incentives and MF were different) when I was shopping for a new car, I would have jumped on it.

    This is a no brainer.

I think the reason I’m hesitant to take the deal is because I really wanted an SUV and the TLX right now is kind of the “car I would take because I can’t get the car I want”. I did just receive the quote in writing for the 24 and 36 month lease and I’ve included those here. The increase from the previous numbers is due to dealer installed accessories.

Im a little confused because I thought both were supposed to have a .00200 MF?

The offer on the left is using a marked up MF. Different dealer?

And, trust me, find the car you'll want to drive for the next three years, and don't "settle". I've seen numerous examples of folks who score an amazing deal on a lease, only to hate the car after a couple of months and are stuck with it.

I’m actually at another dealership right now and they gave me the same 24/10 money factor of .00300. I’m going to try asking a few more.

Sorry, didn't make the connection until just now that you were wanting a 24 month lease.

The standard MF without security deposit is indeed .00300.

The dealer accessories are adding roughly $25 to the payment. Take those away and that's a fantastic deal on a brand new A-Spec. However I wouldn't sign either if it wasn't something I would want to drive for 3 years.

If you want to stay in the Acura family you may want to consider an MDX. Depending on the trim level you may actually be able to get close or a little above the payment quoted for the TLX.

I noticed the incentives went up about $1500 from last month for the Aspec and Tech trims that's probably due to the 2020s hitting the lots soon.  Though the MF appears to have increased by about 2% for a standard 36/15k, is that correct? I guess this would offset some of the better incentives?

That's pretty much it... Acura went to .00190 across the board, and incentives were increased to keep the payment relatively the same.

Ah ok thanks. They'll balance it out with the MF or vice versa. People's eyes get big when they see the thousands in incentives. Acura won't lose their shirt in the process..lol

Ready to pull the trigger on 2019 3.5 A-Spec AWD. Still trying to figure out leasing in general, not sure what we are looking at as we've only purchased in the past. Even if we leased than bought, it still 'cheaper' than purchasing. Can we do better? What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

    MSRP: $45795
    Dealer Discount: $10885
    Lease Price: $34910
    Cap Cost: $35250
    Residual: $23813
    Term: 36/10k
    Monthly: $435.81
DAS: Ohio sales tax of $1098 (7% on total payments of $15689)

I think you can get more of a discount off sticker, given the size of then incentive.

You aren't making the first payment at signing? We recommend you pay only that and the OH registration costs at signing; add the tax amount to the cap cost.

Thanks for the response. We are making the 1st payment at signing, my mistake, it was late. And when you say more of a discount, am I trying to get the 8250 off of the Edmunds TMV of $40329 or TruePrice of $41367? If I add back the 8250 to lease price of cap cost, it looks like currently the discount is off 43500 or 43160. The car may be leased from Indiana and registered in Ohio which is why the sales tax was not rolled in. Thanks!

    Monthly: $435.81
DAS: Ohio sales tax of $1098 (7% on total payments of $15689)

As some have already stated, you need a bigger discount since there are $8250 in incentives included in that dealer discount.

    Your sale price pre-rebate/pre-incentives is $45795 - ($10885-8250) = $43,160. That's barely a 6% discount (5.75%) from the MSRP.

I'm looking at leasing a TLX and I don't have a specific model in mind. I'm trying to keep the monthly cost low, so was thinking of the 2.4 FWD with technology package. Is the $8250 in incentives something that's across the board, or it depends on the specific configuration?

I'm looking for a 36/10 lease in zip code 22101. I use Truecar through USAA, and this is the best one I got so far:

    Base MSRP $36,700
    Freight Delivery Charge $995
    Total MSRP $37,695

    Certified Dealer MSRP Discount- $5,656
    Additional USAA Discount- $100
    Total Guaranteed Savings- $5,756

Subtotal before Dealer Fees & Accessories
    $31,939
    Dealer Documentation Preparation Charge $799
    Total Before Tax $32,738

    Is this a good price?

    .00190 and 50%
    $8250 incentives

Tech, A-Spec and Advance all have the $8250; other trims have lower incentives.

Note that you'll pay sales tax on the entire selling price, which will hurt your lease payment.

Is there a purchase thread instead of lease thread as well?

I am looking for some deals people have been able to get on purchase.
