The Money Factory in essence is the interest rate. Take the MF x 2,400 = Interest rate (0.00098 x 2400 = 2.35%)

I thought sales tax was only 3% in NC? If so, then it should only be about $575 total (3% on the payment)

What is the amount Due at Signing with that quote?

NC dealers generally have big dealer/doc fees, along with the $595 Honda acquisition fee.
