What do you thin about this one? 2019 X4 iDrive 30i. MSRP $56,245. Sales Price: $49,032 (discount of $7,213). Monthly payment of $629 (tax included) and $2,020 DAS. To me the total due at signing is a bit excessive. Its supposed to be inception fees ONLY as I didn't agree to put anything down, but this seems a bit much even though they reduced it by 1,250 but they also added 1,250 in as a cap cost which I never agreed to, then they taxed it on top of that. Is that even a legitimate move on their part? Also the dealer admittedly added to the MF. I was charged a MF of 0.00133 instead of the actual MF rate of 0.00118 (Thanks for that info Michaell). They tried to justify the increase by saying they wouldn't make a profit as the 0.00118 is their "buy rate" and they can't give such a large discount in addition to a 0.00118 MF. I can see the logic behind that, but for some reason, these numbers just don't sit right with me. Any suggestions on how I can get the inceptions lowered? Did I get a good monthly payment? Seeing anything suspicious in there at all, or am I just overthinking it? Mind you, this is 2019 (no miles), not a 2020.

Our recommendation is to only pay the first payment and any state mandated title and registration fees at signing - skip the cap cost reduction and roll the acquisition fee into the monthly payment.

And, push for the base MF - tell them if you don't get it, you'll find another dealer.
