I have the numbers for my local area code 28144, but the dealer I'm looking at buying from is in the 27407 area code and they are quoting me a MF of .00200, rather than the .00190 I expected.

Okay, the security deposit is probably the difference. Does Acura decrease the MF any further with multiple security deposits?

The Base model with SH-AWD, I suppose the MSRP $40,395 (including destination). I am in NYC. Dealer also will cover the last 2 payment on my CR-V ($530 total).

What do you mean "cover the last 2 payments"? I wouldn't be surprised if that money was part of the $2299 due at signing, or in the cap cost somewhere.

The MSRP is the sticker price.

Ask the dealer for a copy of the lease worksheet they used for the $480/mo quote.

The lease program is not great.
Also, considering the $2375 incentive the dealer gets from Acura, your sale price is only $1000 off MSRP.
And, a slightly marked up money factor.

RDXs aren't leasing very well, but you aren't getting a good deal, either.

There is a $2375 lease incentive, but I don't know if it applies to leases longer than 36 months. You should check with your dealer.

(The dealer said because I'm not a current rdx owner the MF is actually .00210)  can you confirm mf bump if not current Acura owner? 

The dealer also said they dont allow $0 sign and drives for non Acura customers.

.00200 MF without a security deposit. .00190 MF, if you make a security deposit.

Honda/Acura does have some weird things about sign and drive, but you can still roll in everything, except the first payment. (Also, security deposit upfront, if you are making one)

Trying to figure out residual on 2019 RDX Advanced 36/7.5k and 24/7.5k at 07470 (10k if thats the lowest milage, 27 months is thats the shortest lease term)

I have a delearship trying to tell me that 36 month lease residual is 53% which seems very low.
