    Hey guys, just want to share some updates based my initial chat with local dealer, which confirms the incentives in zip 98005, probably applicable to WA state:
    1) $2375
    2) $1000 loyalty/competitor conquest, if you own: a 2009 or newer Acura vehicle, any 2009 or newer Audi Q5 or Lexus RX or Honda vehicles

    Signed one of the least good deal-ish lease deals of my life today, RDX with technology. When the heart wants it...

    MSRP $41,595
    Selling price $35,607
    Loyalty/conquest $1000 (2009 or newer Acura/Honda, Lexus RX or NX per dealer)
    Residual 59% (36/7500)
    Money factor .002 (insisted on putting down the security deposit for .0019 MF w/many dealers within a 3 hour drive, but all denied that this exists, eventually I conceded)
    Due at signing $1,300 (min drive off... first month, reg, doc fees etc.)
    Monthly payment $412 +tax (aka $451 with 9.5% sales tax, So Cal.)

    Base model is a much better lease at the moment, if one can persist without the tech package.
