If they are still steering you to 39 months, then that's not a Honda Finance lease. Since they came out with this program, 39 months is no longer viable.

Hi. I can not find any mention of the $1600 lease incentive on Honda website or any of my local dealer websites. I'm in the 12866 zip. $1600 would be a big deal if it exist. Help?

The .00173 MF has only been out for a couple of weeks. Could be a salesperson quoting it from memory, or an old sheet.

Total price including doc fee and Indiana taxes: $38,225 (estimated)

The drive off was $0 since we rolled the first payment and fees into the cap cost.  If we paid 1st month and fees (about $980ish) our monthly payment with tax would have been $421.78.

Thanks @kyfdx - I got the following from a dealer for a 36/12k on a Touring AWD. I'm trying to get the numbers to add up based on the calculator (.00173, 61%), but they just don't - I'm not sure where the GCC jumps up $1924 and yet the NCC, after a $2000 down payment, only drops the price $1875. Thoughts? Am I missing something weird? Just trying to see it all play out in the calculator.

Honda doesn't normally offer a 10K mileage allowance; I'd first confirm how many miles per year this quote is for.

Then, start asking the dealer the same questions you are asking us. That's a big financial commitment to make on the basis of incomplete information.
