If 10K/yr is available in your area, then 66%/67% residual for EX/EXL

That's only a 5% spread over the 36 month term.
The only way that looks better, is if you are putting a large amount of money upfront. Then, the payment might be lower, but the average cost/month will still be more.
It's a sales gimmick. The 27 month term is not better.

Seems like a reasonable deal, given the lease program.

I helped a friend work a deal recently and we got over $5000 off of an EX-L AWD. The Touring will have more profit built into it, and lease incentives should allow even more room for them to give. (Our deal was financed, not a lease).

Doc fees around here are only $199. If you want to buy a plane ticket to the midwest and drive it home... :-)

@brickyard_dogg / @Michaell / @kyfdx - Thanks for all the responses, note, and the feedback - this has been super helpful. A bit late in responding, but I was able to get $5255 off of MSRP on the EX-L AWD at the end of January - we got it down to $35,400. We ended up going to another dealer simply because the first one - the one I quoted with the screenshot prior - was not transparent at all with their fees that made up the gross cap cost on top of the negotiated price. Dealer fees were straightforward; this one in particular even gave me a printout detailing what they all were down to the penny. Made the math super easy to validate on my end.

Thanks for all you guys do - this is truly a wonderful service to the leasing community, and really helps give us buyers a better perspective as to what "good" is!

My husband and i leave outside of Atlanta and we have never leased before. I am looking to lease a 2019 Pilot Elite. We went to one dealsership and they tried to rip us off we a lease payment of 900/month last year..obviously we walked away. So i was hoping someone could point me to a dealership in georgia where we could get the best deal! Thank you so much for your help!
