That is without City taxes. Appears there are some markups going on.

It's hard to tell, with that document. They aren't breaking out the exact numbers for the lease. The numbers at top left are for purchase.

On another note: I don't think I've seen a security deposit on a BMW lease in over 12 years. I wonder why you have to make one?
