    With those numbers, the adjusted CAP would have to be about $64,700.
    Assuming your "CAP cost" number is the selling price, that looks about right (adding acq.fee, tax, etc).

    The dealer is correct about invoice, but we often see deals lower than invoice.

    I would guess you might have $1000 more room in that deal. But, the X5 is popular, with no lease incentives

    Tell them you won't sign a deal unless you get the base MF - they know what the rate is, no need to share it with them.

    If they refuse, find another dealer.

    msrp:65095, selling at $58795,
    standard MF and residual for 36/10
    zip:30329
    adjusted cap is $60735 (after loyalty and $1441 at signing).
    Dealer showing monthly of $799, I have much lower (mid 700s), so wanted to check with u. Thank u!

    Why is your adjuste cap higher the selling price after the 1250 loyalty discount. Are you paying taxes upfront?
