There are numerous reasons to not make a big downpayment on a lease. Even though it lowers the payment, it does little to lower the total cost of the lease.

Those are purchase numbers.
You need a lease quote that gives you the fees and taxes that are relevant to a lease (sales tax number will be lower and there will be a $925 acquisition fee)

And, disclosure of the money factor used.

That said, the monthly payment looks like they used the base MF.

There aren't any lease incentives on this model, right now.
5.4% off MSRP is just okay. You might be able to push for another $1000 off the price, dropping the payment by around $30/mo.
