    I think the $2,000 was for BMW Financial Services APR credit - BMW Select at 2.99%.

    So it sounds like nothing changed from May to June, except the finance rates.

    Would you share your opinion on my deal?

    Hello I did order 2019 x5 40i in May and lock the rates. Car should arrive in June want it to know if the June program got better or any other incentives? Besides loyalty
    36/10 zip 91605
    somebody comment above for another $2k incentive?. Is this apply for purchase only?. Or lease too?.

    Nothing out of line.
    The only thing to consider is the discount. 9% off MSRP, as is.

    I don't track pricing and can't tell you if that is good enough, or not. They certainly aren't marking up anything else.

    Not familiar with conquest to be honest.  9% off is good - some have gotten 10 per the forums.

    That is for the MSDs - which you get back at the end of the lease and lowers the MF to .00130 instead of .00165.

    Looking to make an offer on an X5 xDrive40i this weekend. Based on what my research is showing for the area, I'm looking to offer the following:

    MSRP: $69,330
    Offering: $62,397
    + Finance Credit: $2,000
    + Loyalty: $1,250
    Total afer rebates: $59,147
    Zip 18104

    Couple of questions... I'm seeing 2.99% @ 60 months floating around. Does anyone know if this is national or dealer specific? It's not being promoted by the dealer I'm working with, but I'll pursue it if it's worthwhile. Also, does anyone know the minimum finance amount required to qualify for the finance credit?

    The APR deal is national. The dealer will likely attempt to markup the rate to 3.99%
    I don't know the minimum, but it's usually around $10K.

    Im getting 9% across the board.  Can likely push for 10% at a volume dealer or leverage at end of month.

    I don't know if it's new, or not. But, finance rates don't always follow the lease money factor.

    That seems to be the going rate for most deals reported here. Just read back a couple of pages.

    Washington DC Area. I got the car at BMW of Alexandria. I also bought an X3 from the same dealership last year, and got a similar deal--11% off MSRP to OTD price.

    $1250 loyalty for current BMWFS customers
    $750 conquest for owners of competing makes

    I don't see two different loyalty incentives

    Hello I have order on x5. It’s gonna arive and of June. I want it to wait till july 4 to see if the program will change ( on July 2nd) if it’s gonna get better. But my sales guy told me that bmw will not change the program till after July 4. Is this true? Or he just saying that for me to get the car with this month program
