Just sign a lease on GLC350e in SoCal and here is the deal:

Update for my lease:

I make dealer to adjust my payment to $659/mo and adj cap cost drop to $51,304, term stay the same. Sale price is almost 17.8% off MSRP. Due to the car still at port and won't be at dealer till next week. This all thanks to other dealer comeback with 19% off MSRP in writting So I told my sale, either cancel my order or try to match it. I think I can get another $8 to 10/mo off to match exact but I just don't want to look bad as my sale did work really hard.

Actually, last one was signed but I want to cancel since car is not even ready...so they have to work the number for me else I go other dealer. I have other dealer's lease calc screen shot so my purchase dealer know is true number.

Just to give some update on other dealer's deal as well:
36/30
MSRP$ 60,685
Adj. cap cost: $49,258.74 (without 2yr service contract)
Drive off: $2k
Lease Pmt: $561.64 (before tax).

That's why I said there are $8-10/mo, maybe little more, I didn't push to get.

I was also looking E300 lease as the same time and another dealer quote me $11.6K off on $68K car (2018 model). I guess they want to get ride of the 2018.

One thing to note:
I had leased with all 3 sales before, one current and two prior lease, so we all have good relationship in dealing and all thru text and emails.
Another thing is to shop around (socal has plenty of dealers within 30 miles radius from me) and ask for internet manager if you can. If bad experience, contact there customer relation manager tell them u will post on social media for wrong practice and express your concert. This recent GLC350e lease shopping exercises (just 1 wk), I had run into dealer quote his own MF, not welling to quote thru email when I click E-pricing and want me to drive 40 miles to sit and talk just because they are #1 dealer in US (some might already guess), and most just really lazy and not responsive (which is better so less time wasted).
Having no exact car you want in lot can be big issue if they want your business (they can trade), just how much effort sales wants to earn your business. In fact both dealers whom quoted me the price need to transport the car from somewhere, they only said the car is at Long Beach port waiting to be clear and deliver to dealer.

I always come to this forum to check on latest MF , residual% and discount% ppl got (Thanks Edumnd) but it seems discount% feedback mostly disappear. Wish more ppl can post there final signed deal here after got some useful info. here.

Dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit.

Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll work with another dealer.

The dealer can't change the residual.. Make sure they are quoting you for a Coupe and not the SUV (unless you've told us wrong).

SUV: .00124 MF and 54% residual.
Given the numbers you are getting back, and the round number amount above the base rate, they are giving you SUV numbers.

Does the "Final Price" include or exclude tax? If not, ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost used for their payment quote.

Destination fee is part of the MSRP - if the dealer is breaking it out, that is disingenuous.

If the MSDs are $5500, what is the break down of the other $2800? $700 + $500 + first payment + call it $300 or so for tags/registration comes up about $800 short.
