And I know you don't like money down, but the current offer is $379 a month with $4000 down and they will pay off the last two months of my current lease ($459 a month). This is on a 2019 base Lexus with nothing but a sunroof.

Thanks. Can you combine this MF with college graduate rebate? I almost finalized the deal with dealer and he agreed to give me base MF of 0.0006 and then further reduction after putting MSDs. Once I mentioned we are eligible for graduate rebate of 750$ from Lexus, dealer went back to MF rate of 0.0011 saying base rate of 0.0006 can not be combined with graduate rebate. This is the first time I heard something like this. Could you or anyone confirm this?

I don't think there is any connection between the MF and the college grad incentive.

Dealer is just looking for a way to claw back some of the money they are discounting.

**Update - Dealer just came back and told me their assumptions were MF of .00110 and 47%/56% residual for 48/36 mos, respectively. MF seems quite high relative to what I've seen on this forum.

huh, I was at the dealer yesterday, and they said lease cash is 1000.

I'm trying to get them to match my current lease offer. Which would be:

Ultra Luxury package - 52 MSRP

1400 drive off (includes first month and all the fees)
max number of MSD's
27/36 months, 10K
400 per month (includes tax)

My current lease is through the same dealer, I'm assuming they would add customer loyalty discount.

Would this be a good deal?

But, the MF and residual are way different today than 3 years ago.

Don't expect to get a similar deal. Nobody is, regardless of the make and model of car.

That's possible.. when I drill down into that $3000 number, it shows $500 of it in another region. (which it shouldn't, but looks like a keypunch error)
