So with the above numbers, I am calculating a payment of $660, but the dealership is saying its $712 with their calculator. What am I missing here??

WIth 7% tax, I get $708/mo when I use $56,743 as the adjusted cap. Closer to the dealer quote than your calculations.

Strike that. Didn't adjust my calculator for 39 months. Now I'm at $660/mo, like you.

Find out what cap cost the dealer is using, and what's been added to the cap cost you and I are using.

They tried changing the cap cost and I called them out on it. Sealed the deal at $665/mo with acquisition, TTL, doc fee and first month due at signing.

I've read that the Audi Club North America (ACNU) membership includes an 'Audi Affinity' program that entitles a member to 6% discount off MSRP after 6 months of membership, and furthermore, that a lifetime membership tier allows this discount to be available immediately, without having to wait 6 months.

Does anyone have any documentation (as an attachment, link, etc.) confirming this?

I'm negotiating the price of an 2019 Audi Q7 (which, incidentally, is not one of the excluded vehicles), and having some documentation would be handy to have before I go into the dealership to negotiate pricing.

I don't have any info on that, but you may be able to achieve 6% off MSRP on your own.

I don't see the $3000 conquest program. Was this quote from last week?

Also, the residual is 52% (53% w/AudiCare), so not sure how they are coming up with 55%

The payment is correct with that adjusted CAP, and the MF, residual and term supplied by the dealer.

I'm not sure about FEG.

Lease is with $0 out of pocket, not even first payment, right?

Add up all of the charges (including the maintenance.. doesn't look like it's free. Just included in your monthly price).

$6337 in charges (tax, first payment, fees, registration, maintenance)
Subtract $3500 rebate (only upfront money)
= $2837 to be added to selling price

$61521 selling price
+$2837 excess charges
= $64358 adjusted CAP

My issues:
Where is the $3000 rebate coming from?
Why is the residual 2% higher than it should be?

No other issues... with ZERO out of pocket, the monthly is correct.

What is the money factor and residual for this model this month? Also, do you get a better residual and money factor for doing a 39 month lease compared to a 36 month lease.
