Deal was supposed to be: $1500 DAS and $700/mo all in for 36/10.

Was supposed to pick up car today, but got a last minute change that best they could do was 39 months at 700/mo, all in.

Is 700/mo all in on this car not realistic?

if not, what would a deal look like for 36 months using the figures to generate 700 for 39 months. Hope that makes sense. What other info could I provide to help

Money Factor: Unknown. Dealer did not disclose
Monthly Payment:701.97 with 1,077.78 due at signing.

1077 is broken down into 1st months payment, Title, and Doc Fees.

The car is not on the lot, so while I did sign a "contract" i did not take delivery of the vehicle so I can still get out of it.

56% is the 36/10 residual with AudiCare - you should get that straightened out with the dealer.

With the MSRP and adjusted cap provided, I get $771/mo for 36 months, and $755/mo for 39 months

I'd reconfirm all the numbers associated with this quote - while the payment looks good, I'd just want to put all the pieces together, math-wise.
