Thanks. I think I miscalculated the taxes. It should be $973.70. The gross cap cost is $39,537.20. The fees consist of: $650 Acquisition fee, $250 Doc. fee, $80 License fee, $8.00 Title fee, $10.50 for 30 day tag and $5.00 Memo fee for the total of $1,003.50. MF .001 Buy rate .0015. OK, thanks. Based on that link, the TMV in my zip is $39,236 and invoice is $38,391. My current selling price is $37,560. I have one last question. This dealer advertised $1,250 cash back on any new 2019 Highlander (excluding Hybrid) between March 1 and April 1. However, when I asked the salesperson to apply that to my deal, he said "Toyota will only give you the $1,250 if you do not use the lease program or the finance program". I'm not sure I understand what that means or whom it would apply to...Does that mean the dealer is keeping the $1,250 as profit in my deal? I realize they are not obligated to honor it. Thanks again!

No, it means the rebate from Toyota is only good if you don't use their special financing or lease program.

If you do lease, then you don't get the rebate (and, neither does the dealer).

I was trying to understand line 9 on the 2nd offer. Is that a customer down, cap reduction? I asked he and said no. I don't want to pay to reduce cap.

$300 dollar difference in cost of lease over 3 years, but the 2nd offer is better equipped.

THoughts on the 2nd offer I may go with that.

Line 9 is the total amount Due at signing from you.
It's not quite enough to cover all of your upfront costs.
Anything left over rolls into the CAP cost.
