I am shopping for a 2019 XLE FWD in Northern California. A dealer offers me $35,316 after dealer fee and accessories. I compared with many other dealers in the region and can't find anything lowers than $37,000. Should I try to negotiate to lower the price more? Any input is appreciated.

What is the MSRP?

Research pricing, here:

You should always ask for a lower price, but if you've comparison shopped, and that's the best price, that is all you can do.

Thank you very much for your input. The base MSRP is $39,420 and the total MSRP is $41,417. I used the tool you mentioned and saw that the offered price I received is very good.

At the end they said they need payment $2500 down + $1254 for (tax, doc fee, license, etc) but we complained and said they never mentioned about having to pay that on top of the down payment. So they had waived it and said they would pay for that then.
