Yes, the high MF is what kills the lease. If you plan to keep the car longer than the lease term, better to finance.

Hi! Second time buyer here, but the first deal was an emergency and didn't really negotiate. Currently have a 2016 Highlander, current payments are $438 on a 3 year 15k mile lease (another dumb thing, thought we would drive more). 3 months left and they're trying to get us to sign up a new lease. Started at $4k down, $480/month on a 12k mile lease, then dropped it to $438. Can I get the money factor and residual value for 06880 so I can try and figure this out? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
