We’ve been offered a deal of 36/12k on XLE AWD 2019. We negotiated the price to $33700 before asking for a lease and now they say $37300 for the lease price - because of a “rebate”. MF is 0.00070 (because we pushed) and I think the residual is around 56 instead of 60. This is zip 21093. Is this a good deal and are they being honest about purchase vs lease price? Payment is in $430’s/mo. My last question might not apply to this forum. Thanks

There is a $2500 rebate that is only good for purchase, and invalid with the lease.
There is also a $650 lease acquisition fee.

You should ask to see all of the numbers, so you can spot anything that might be hiding in there (maybe, a big charge for GAP insurance?)

Hi, new to the forum.  I just recently picked up at 2019 Highlander SE nightshade lease and curious if I got a good deal or not.  $439/month.  36 month/15k year lease with only first months payment due at signing.  CT resident but purchase in MA.  Wish I found this forum before I negotiated.  I'm just confused by the residual value they are telling me.  Once I add up 439x36 and add residual value, it seems the price is higher than I expected.

You are paying interest on your lease, so those calculations won't work.

Think of it as a learning experience - and, come back in 3 years when you're ready for your next one.

I don't see a 10K allowance for the Boston region, but if it exists, it would be 60%.

I get $529/mo plus tax with those prices; depending on the taxes, the dealer quote looks to be in the ballpark.

That MF isn't doing you any favors. Any money you might save on gas by having the hybrid is eaten up with extra finance charges.

If you've taken delivery, not much you can do about it now. Think of this as a learning experiecnce, and don't forget to come back before you sign your next lease.

I'm in Metro Detroit area and looking to purchase 2019 RAV4 AWD XLE or XLE Premium with Conv and/or Cold Weather Packages. MSRP is around $31,575. It seems many people on RAV4 World may be getting 5-10% off MSRP, but in different areas.

Any suggestion on what a fair deal is off MSRP, or, what invoice is on XLE AWD and working up from there? (I've done quite a few lease deals thru Bimmerfest, even Euro Delivery, with Kyfdx's help, and usually negotiate up from invoice...)

I see Toyota seems to offering $1250 cash back as an incentive...

And what is going rate on a 60 month loan, with excellent credit? 4%?
