I've been working on a deal with a local dealer and not sure if it's worth it. We are looking at a 2019 Atlas S FWD as my wife does not like the leatherette.

36/12k - Lease payment coming out to $388(7% tax included ) in 33322 with $388 at close.

Purchase price at 27800 and MSRP of 31,990.

Is this a good deal for this vehicle or should I continue shopping. I've tried haggling and they won't budge.
