    thank you! it's including tax...should I push harder considering the truecar price on this car is $36,850? I've been told that there is no way they can do truecar bc they have diff incentives and price points for leases, is this true?

    Dealer is correct - different incentives exist for lease vs. purchase.

    Have you negotiated with multiple dealers, to ensure you've gotten the best price?

    I have, 1st dealer gave me 39.9 - I guess its really impossible to know how low they can actually go on a lease, I've seen people get 37 back in 2019 so maybe its worth pushing harder.

    Use the pricing tools available on-line, but exclude the incentives they show and include the lease cash we've shared. That should get you close to a target price.

    should i try to bring the cap down more? is this a good deal yes or nah?

    If I add the $675 acquisition fee to the cap cost, I get $481/mo; pretty close to the dealer quote.
