    hello can i get the current money factor and residual for a '19 rubicon unlimited in iowa please. credit score is 670 with a cosigner with over 700 credit also. looking at 36month/12K, 36month/15K, 48month/12K, or 48month/15K.

    On the contrary. 72% at 2 years is GREAT. It just pales in comparison next to the absurdly high residuals for longer terms.

    We don't know the Standard MF, but in the past few months, it has been around .00225

    No, only trim, term and mileage allowance change the numbers.
    Manual transmission reduces the residual

    We don't have a number, this month.

    Last time we had someone report a number to us, several months ago, it was .00225. Probably still in that range, but be advised that the dealer can mark it up as much as .00042

    Good morning,

    I had a question. So I was able to go to a dealership in Austin for a good deal on a lease. Once we had settled on a price, I had the finance manager come to me and tell me that they couldnt sell the car for that price, it was not for leases. (First problem I encountered).
    Second, when we got to agree on a price that he could sell it for (200 dollars more than price we agreed on), he told me the money factor was a .00275 which was higher than what was told to me on this forum (second problem) and I did not know what to say other than I figured that US Bank offerred the best MF. Is there any way I can check with this bank to determine the MF? I have the residual already which matched what you said, but I have a feeling that this Finance manager is just trying to make money off of me. Do they make money off setting a higher MF.
    He then came up with LTV and told me that the 4000 negative equity I have was hard to get approved by the bank. (He is going through US Bank) I have top tier credit by the way, and I already calculated the neg equity into the deal yet we are getting two different numbers. How can I check if they are not inflating the deal any where, and what should I be looking for in this contract to see.

    The MSRP is 55670
    Sales Price is 49,999 (adding negative equity it is 53999)
    MF- .00275
    Residual is 59% I am doing 48/12
    Taxes are covered by trade in from my previous vehicle.

    Please, any info would be good.

    Btw, the monthly payment would be 742.68 he stated.
    I came up with 679.52.
