    Hi there! Looking for MF/RV and incentives for a 2019 Civic EX and LX (36/12) in Baltimore (21211) or surrounding area.

    Is there a snowball's chance in hell I could negotiate either a 2019 Civic or 2018 model lease payment to around 220-260 with 0 down, taxs and tags built in? Have excellent credit. MSRP for the 2019 EX is around 24,300, LX is 21,145.

    The Type R will be expensive to lease.

    A friend of mine had a Type R, briefly. I had one ride in it - it's a great car, if you can get past the exterior styling. I couldn't.

    Hey guys, what's the MF, residual value, and incentives for a 2019 Honda Civic Si Sedan for the zip code 91770.

    I read residual value is 63% or 64%? Which one?
    I read incentives are: $750 Honda Lease Loyalty, $500 College Graduate Bonus, and $500 Military Service Bonus. Any others? lol

    Michaell, thanks to your info, I was able to lease a 2019 civic lx (Chicago area) for $230/mo tax included with only the 1st monthly payment due at signing. 12000/36 deal. It saved about $2500 below Honda advertised lease deal. You're the best!
