Is there a snowball's chance in hell I could negotiate either a 2019 Civic or 2018 model lease payment to around 220-260 with 0 down, taxs and tags built in? Have excellent credit. MSRP for the 2019 EX is around 24,300, LX is 21,145.

What body style?

Would also need the CAP cost, with everything rolled in, to model a payment.

Given that the entire selling price is taxed in MD, your target may be a tall order.

Honda does not offer MSDs

The Type R will be expensive to lease.

A friend of mine had a Type R, briefly. I had one ride in it - it's a great car, if you can get past the exterior styling. I couldn't.

A little sad to see HFS giving lower MFs/APRs for the Accord and other models though. Why can't all lending/financing be at the same rate if credit is tier 1/A+. >.<

The numbers are set to achieve a particular payment, and profit margin.

Though, Hyundai uses the same base MF for every one of their models …. .00237 (!)

Michaell, thanks to your info, I was able to lease a 2019 civic lx (Chicago area) for $230/mo tax included with only the 1st monthly payment due at signing. 12000/36 deal. It saved about $2500 below Honda advertised lease deal. You're the best!
