I should have been clearer in my question. Obviously, it is less than $1/month.
I am trying to find how we calculate the cap cost. It's not about $1 a month. It's more about whether there are any other things in the equation.

Short answer - anything you aren't paying up front gets added to the selling price to become the cap cost.

You have to account for tax on the bank acquisition fee, too, as it's not a government fee.

The dealer will be in the best position to explain the difference.

The amount that will incur upfront tax is the $1750 rebate.

You aren't going to be able to reconcile the adjusted CAP, without exact numbers from the dealer.
