    Looking for money factor, RV and incentives for MDX base FWD/AWD for 36 months / 10K miles in zip code 20171. How many incentives are there? Talked To a dealer and he mentioned a discount of $9500 on MSRP of $43K. Are the incentives on top of this discount, or are they included in the discount? Appreciate your help.

    I’m in a collar county of Cook called Dupage. They’re telling me adj cap cost is $39,111.55.

    With $1200 out of pocket, that's a solid deal.

    I ask about Chicago as leases get taxed twice, there. Once by the state, again by the city - something like 17% total tax rate!

    If anyone is interested in MD, I got Pokanka Acura in Northern VA down to $510 DAS (no other fees or down payment) for a 3 year 10k/year lease. This includes all MD fees and taxes rolled into the lease payment. Rosenthal Acura said they would match that. I believe that is a pretty good deal, considering MD taxes 6% on the sale price. There maybe some additional wiggle room but not much. We finally decided to go with a different SUV but just wanted to share the numbers here. Thanks for all your help!
