I would say no. Looking into a MDX ASpec w/ my $2k negative equity trade in plus $3k down, looking about in the mid to low $500s. Currently working on that deal right now.

There are two lease programs for the MDX - one with a low MF, and a low incentive, the other with a high MF and incentive. Looks like your dealer is using the high MF/incentive - $8050 off the MSRP, in addition to the dealer discount.

Have you taken your 2018 MDX to CarMax for an independent appraisal - you might find you have some equity that the dealer isn't giving you on the trade.

I'd also ask for a full breakdown of the $2598 due at signing - we recommend you only pay the first payment and tags at signing, and roll the fees into the monthly payment.
